Please read this entire document. Most of your registration questions are answered here.
Early Registration deadline is August 1st for Fall registration and February 1st for Spring registration.There will be a $20 early registration discount if you sign up prior to the application deadline.
Registrations after the deadine will be accepted at the non-discounted rate.
OPEN TO ALL GIRLS AGES 3 TO 18 (PRE-K to 12th GRADE)
10 Game Season - Most games are played on Saturdays. There may be a few weeknight games. Games are played at Higgins Road Fields.
4 Game Recreation Tournament at end of Spring Season (June)
Free weekly clinics with professional trainer.
NO CARDED TRAVEL PLAYERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY IN THE RECREATION PROGRAM
REGISTRATION FEES:
Rec. Soccer: $80 ($60 discounted) for the first player & $35 (no discount) each additional sibling
H.S. Travel Rec: $80 (discounted) for the first player & $55 (no discount) each additional sibling
WORK BOND FEE: $75
Each family is required to submit a separate Work Bond check for $75. This check will be returned to you after the completion of 2 hours of volunteer time for the league.
The choices for the work assignments are: Coach, Assistant Coach, Field Maintenance, Team Mom, 50/50 or Concession Stand.
On the online registration page select only one parent to volunteer(not both).
FUNDRAISER (Spring Only): $50
During the Spring season the league conducts a fundraiser. This fee is automatically added during the registration process. You will see a total registration fee of $110 for Rec. and $130 for H.S. Travel Rec. This fee is one per family (not child).
Note: The workbond fee will not appear in the ’Total due’ column (unless you opt out) since this payment is made with a separate check.
GSLOB will do its best to honor one carpool or teammate request. No coach requests
TEAMS: Divisions are divided according to school grades as follows:
Mini Mites
Pre-K (3 - 4 years old.)
Pee-Wees
Kindergarten (5 years old.)
Youth
1st and 2nd Grades
Juniors
3rd, 4th, and 5th Grades
Seniors
6th through 9th Grades
Masters
9th through 12th Grades
Travel Parents Only If you have a child already registered in our travel program, then your fee is only $35.00 per rec. registration. The registration says you will be charged $60.00 + fundraiser and workbond. Ignore this charge, we will adjust the amount so you are only charged $30.00.
Only one workbond check is required per family.
If you paid by credit card, please email the registrar at registrar@gslob.com to receive a refund.
If you pay by check, please send a check for $35.00 to the address listed below. Do not give it to your travel coach. Include a note stating you have another daughter in travel, and provide her name.
