The President, First Vice President-Recreation, or the Field Maintenance director will make a determination as to whether a game(s) can be played due to weather conditions or other limiting conditions.  Once a decision has been made, the President, First Vice President-Recreation, or the Field Maintenance director will update the “Field Status Alert” box on the www.gslob.com web site. `

If a field is deem closed, under no circumstances will that field be used for any games (travel or Recreation), practice, scrimmages, or camps. Exceptions will only be considered by the President, First Vice President-Recreation, or the Field Maintenance director. 

A closed field will remain closed until the President, First Vice President-Recreation, or the Field Maintenance director deems that the field is playable again. Once a field is re-opened, The “Field Status Alert” box on the www.gslob.com web site will need to be update to reflect the change.
